Okay maybe it's the only way four guys can hang out without eyebrows being raised in that Rock Hudson kinda way! With too many songs to fit in Fabian's old apartment, he and David set out to find others who might like to play some rock music. Enter Phil - An old high school pal who they had been pestering for sometime and he was ready to drum. Enter Steve - they asked an co-worker who he used for a bass player and he said he knew a guy who they could "borrow" and who bakes a great cookie - they kept him.

Clang's music is kinda like The Ramones hooked up (as the kids like to call it) with Merle Haggard and they had a spin-off show. The music is reminiscent of many of the bands of the 1970's rock era that we all love. With some people saying they sound like The Stones and Neil Young ala Crazy Horse. Some people drink too much, but high praise never the less. These are guitar-based songs about the life or the lack of, around us.
